Prior to Todd Bloom's real estate career, Todd owned retail women's ready-to-wear stores, with the motto "The Customer is Always Right." He carries this over to each and every person he comes in contact with, "I just enjoy helping people any way I can." Todd's clients call him all the time to ask about different services, and being a native San Diegan, he knows just about everyone.
One time, Todd had a customer call him at home frantic that the dry cleaners had ruined her formal dress she was to wear to a black-tie event that evening. He met her at his store after hours and was able to fit her with a new dress and she was still able to arrive at the party on time. It's this same kind of commitment that Todd puts into every real estate transaction in which he is involved.
Todd's background in commercial and industrial development afforded him a good perspective on building from the ground up, and assembling a team approach to each project. He brings this same attitude to the residential real estate market.
Todd was a member of the original task force for the development of Otay Ranch in South County. He currently sits on the board of directors of Congregation Beth Israel and is active in numerous charities. While achieving his professional goals, Todd enjoys playing golf, and is a former ranked tournament tennis player. He receives tremendous support from his wife, Lannette, and teenage daughters, Alesse and Melissa. One of Todd's best attributes is that he finds time to balance both his family and his clients' needs while achieving success in the ever-changing real estate business.
